I do not lend my name to campaigns lightly...
My name is Tom Gustafson. I served for 14 years in the Florida House of Representatives and had the honor of serving as Speaker. I learned that good government is about showing up, doing the work, and answering to the people you represent.
I do not lend my name to campaigns lightly. I’m writing because Rachel Grage is exactly the kind of person we need in Congress.
Rachel is an engineer, a healthcare professional, and a mother of four. She is not a career politician. She’s a problem solver who looks at a broken system and asks: What is wrong, and how do we fix it?
Families across the 5th District are being squeezed by healthcare, insurance, housing, and everyday costs.
Meanwhile, John Rutherford has spent years in Washington, largely out of sight and part of a system badly in need of accountability.
Congress is supposed to provide a check on power. Members should be working for their constituents, not benefiting from a system that allows them to trade individual stocks while serving in office. Rachel will fight to change that. She will show up, ask the hard questions, and answer to the people she represents.
But first, we have to get her there.
Money given right now can immediately help Rachel reach the voters who will decide this election. It means more voter contact, more field operations, more mail, and more advertising during the final weeks when every conversation matters.
Rachel has already earned more than a thousand donations, most from right here in the district. Now we need to turn that support into votes.
